Could not compile resource file

What should I do if the source file could not be compiled
There are 2 reasons for that :
Corrupted installation of APM --> Reinstall APM
Your antivirus software blocks execution of compiler that is a seperate commandline application --> Disable your AV to check it out
if it works then add APM to your AV's trusted zone
