Can you please download and try to import Windows Button sample project to see whether same thing will happen

And please try it twice

first time do not change plugin name and import
and second time change plugin name and import

Thanks for the report , i will try it on a Win 7 VM with specified language settings to see what happens

i think that this is fixed now ,but can i send you a private copy to make sure whether it is fixed
although , i have a Windows 7 x64 Chinese Traditional VM , i can not test it without a dedicated keyboard
i could use OSK but as a person who is familiar with LATIN character sets ,it is really hard to read Chinese and configure system
in addition ,looks like that there are more than one keyboard sets for Chinese
