Add Note

When adding a note and not filling the fields, a double error message is very annoying (first, that one of the fields is not filled, and then that an error occurred while adding the note). It seems to me that the error that one of the fields is not filled will be enough.

I can confirm this is happening, it will get you, you have to fill in something, then error the update message, so it's not blocking/stopping the action at the first dialog.

You can just show 1 dialog with text which field is empty and do not show after this message that the note could not be added.
