Like explained earlier , the Skin support is provided by a third party framework
Therefore we have no control over its core functinatlity , but we might adjust some settings
Maybe we can disable skinning on common dialogs to avoid display issues

What is the difference beween current SDStudio designer and your attached one ?

SDStudio applications are DPI aware and adds a DPI awareness tag to app manifest
Currently standard controls are DPI aware ,but this might change when custom drawn controls added
For example Label control is not DPI aware for now
